Let it Snow !
Let it Snow . . .
Freshly fallen snow
As it glistens
In the Sun's faint glow. . .
A blanket. . .
Protecting all that grows below.
I wonder, I stare,
For each winter's sight
Leaves nothing to compare.
The memories. . .
As I look and I gaze,
Appear before me
In a magical haze.
The snow caves,
Oh those majestic tunnels of wonder. . .
The drive that pushes you on.
The bonding that makes
mean brother, friend.
A feeling so good
You never want it to end.
Like the love of a dog
who's years have made her face grey
Un-matched loyalty that is here to stay
Sigh !
If only friends and family were that way. . .
LET IT SNOW. . .
As The Wind Blows
LET IT SNOW
